We are pleased to introduce ourselves as leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of fiber extraction machinery and Industrial products since 2002. We have started our business from spare & service support of plastic industries and after that we have started to design and develop new machine as per the need of market, and in this journey many different projects we have done like development of weighing and batching machine, development of banana fiber extraction project machinery, plastic shoe sole molding machine.
From June 2011 we have started manufacturing banana fiber extractor machine. Now we are only manufacturer who exported the machine to more than 27 countries. As per the updates from market and user we have develop different machines and model like regular model, economy model and premium model with different facility and stem cutter machine, fiber combing machine for support the project in value addition.
Driven with the strong force of experience, vision and mission of the founder Mr. Janak Suthar backed up by experienced professionals, family members and team of workers, Riddhi Enterprise is rolling ahead on the path of technology and quality resulting in developing innovative products.
Why us?
There are many companies in India who make this banana fiber extractor machine. and all are making machine with MS parts. As you know there is 90 % part is water in banana stem. And when machine works it will be in water. In that case Mild Steel (MS) get rusted and after 1 to 2 year all parts damaged due to corrosion.and machine is useless for production. To avoid this issue we use Stainless Steel (SS) for active parts in our machine. we also give dust/pulp collecting and water separation tray and our machine give clean working area. we have electrical short circuit safety with help of MCCB to avoid electrical accident. Yes our rotor made from 16 mm thick alloy steel balanced blades. Our machine having no vibration during operation.
Our Experience says Single Motor with single rotor machine is more convenient then that Two rotor with one motor machine. Below way:

You can use at two separate place and If you want to run one machine power consumption will be for one only / half consumption.

If any problem comes second machine will continue in production / no total shut down.

Please note that for banana Fiber extraction fullyautomatic machine is not viable as per our experience. This same machine is used for Sisal , Pineapple Leaves Fiber, Water Hyacinth and Banana Fiber Extraction with minor diffrence . We also offer machine with diesel engine operated for remote area where electricity is not available for 24 hrs.
When we do banana fiber extraction process we got three product, banana fiber, pulp and banana water. and all three product are salable in market. Also we support for selling of fibers. We are sure that within 6 months of perfect working your machine cost investment will be back in your pocket. (African countries out put of fiber is 40 to 45 kg in 8 hrs.)
Recently we have developed fiber combing machine. After extraction of fiber dry fiber need to comb for getting clean fiber.
We have exported our machines to more than 27 countries. Total 250 machine are running successfully in market.
